From digital designer to working with data
A UX designer with no coding background wanted to understand what AI tools were actually doing under the surface, and to be able to read and write basic Python to collaborate better with engineering teams.
Enrolled in the Intro course. Took slightly longer than eleven weeks, using the flexible schedule to manage deadlines at work. Received written feedback on all task submissions.
Finished with a working understanding of how classification models are trained and evaluated. Now reads Python in engineering pull requests with confidence and asks more useful questions in team discussions.

Building a practical recommendation system
A small e-commerce business owner in Chiang Mai had basic Python skills and wanted to build a simple product recommendation engine, but did not know how to approach model selection or evaluation systematically.
Completed the Practical Model Building course first to fill gaps in evaluation methodology, then enrolled in the Capstone Track. Mentored through scoping a collaborative filtering prototype using their own sales data.
