Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2025

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules that apply when you use the Modelary website at modelarydas.pro or enrol in any of our courses. By accessing the website or registering for a course, you agree to these terms. If any part of them is unclear, please contact us before proceeding.

1. About Modelary

Modelary is an online education provider based at 130 Nimmanhaemin Soi 9, Su Thep, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand. We offer courses in Python programming and applied AI development. You can reach us at [email protected] or +66 53 217 384.

2. Use of the Website

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with exploring or accessing our courses. You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without our written permission
  • Attempt to interfere with the website's operation or security
  • Use the website in any way that could harm Modelary, our learners, or third parties
  • Post or transmit content that is offensive, misleading, or unlawful

3. Course Enrolment

When you enrol in a Modelary course, you are purchasing access to that course's materials, tasks, and any support features described in the course details at the time of purchase. Course descriptions are written honestly and we do our best to keep them accurate and up to date.

Enrolment is personal and non-transferable. Access is granted to the individual who enrolled and may not be shared with others.

4. Payments and Fees

Course fees are shown in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices may change from time to time; the price shown at the point of enrolment is the one that applies to your purchase.

We use third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you agree to their terms as well as ours. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

We want you to feel confident enrolling with us. If you change your mind within seven days of purchase and have not yet accessed a significant portion of the course content, please contact us and we will discuss your options. Refund requests made after this period or after substantial course access are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

If for any reason Modelary cancels a course, enrolled learners will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of equivalent value.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including written content, code examples, videos, and exercises — are the intellectual property of Modelary or their respective contributors. They are made available to you for personal study only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose course materials for commercial use, public sharing, or to create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Learner Conduct

We ask all learners to engage with our courses and community respectfully. This means:

  • Completing assignments with your own work and not representing others' code or writing as your own
  • Treating staff and other learners with consideration in any communication
  • Using the skills you develop responsibly and in accordance with applicable law

We reserve the right to withdraw access without refund in cases of serious or repeated misconduct.

8. Course Completion Records

The Intro to AI & Python course includes a completion record issued upon satisfying the course requirements. This record reflects participation and completion of the course; it is not a professional qualification or accreditation by an external body.

9. Disclaimers

Our courses are designed to teach foundational skills. We present what learners can realistically expect to gain through study and practice. We do not make claims about employment outcomes, earnings, or career advancement as a result of completing our courses — individual results depend on many factors beyond the course itself.

The website and course materials are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge, but we cannot warrant that they are free from errors or that they will meet every learner's specific needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Modelary's liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or courses is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law, such as fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or courses after a change has been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes affecting enrolled learners, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or courses will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your location.
